I grew up in a restaurant family. I know what it feels like to run a tight margin, manage a difficult staff night, and watch a slow Tuesday feel like a crisis.
I've been your NYC neighbor since 1996. During the pandemic, I founded the Neighborhood Curbside Canvas Project — pairing local artists with restaurant owners to paint 50 of our neighborhood's dining sheds. I've coached kids in Little League on these streets. I've run my own consultancy small businesses for decades.
I also built Rivalista, my own AI sportstech startup. That's where I went deep on AI — not because I was curious, but because I had to. I figured out what works, what doesn't, and how to make it useful for people who don't have time to become AI experts.
